Very disappointed, I ordered my engagement ring and had a completely different experience. I contacted support because the tracking number wasn't working and was told that it would arrive in a few days. I still haven't received it and the tracking number is still showing that just a label has been created.
I did not like the surprise payment from DHL. My fault i would assume for not doing a little more research. The ring so far seems really nice. Slightly big would love to be able to exchange it but I’m not paying to send it in so it will have to do. I do think it’s beauty and the quality does seem nice.
