At MSBLUE, we believe in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry, and we're confident you'll love your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer an easy and straightforward return process. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry, we are committed to making it right with our flexible return and exchange policies.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization. You can reach us via email, text, or chat, and our team will guide you through the process.

Return Policies

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipment date, and exchanges are allowed within 60 days.
  • Condition: All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, accompanied by all original documentation, including certificates. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are not in their original condition or have been worn.
  • Documentation: Missing Moissanite certificates (where applicable) will result in a 30% replacement fee for each missing card.
  • Modifications: Items that have been modified, engraved, or resized by a third party are not eligible for return.
  • Signs of Wear: Returns showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Packages returned without authorization or packages refused upon delivery will not be accepted for a refund.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping, handling, and any additional costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Deduction Fees: MSBLUE will deduct the original shipping fee (varies by country) and a $20 restocking fee from the refund.
  • Exclusions: International orders, clearance items, select services, and other items are not covered under our standard return policy.
  • Customized Items: For customized 10K, 14K, 18K, and platinum items, a 35% workforce fee will be deducted from the refund. Customized or engraved items, as well as rings with custom sizes, are NOT eligible for return.
  • Final Sale Items: Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Important: MSBLUE reserves the right to limit purchase activity or place restrictions on returns if we suspect misuse of our generous returns policy, including excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud.

Cancellation Policy

All made-to-order items enter production within 5 hours of receiving payment. Since each item is customized to your preferences, cancellations after this period will incur a 30% material and processing fee. Customized or engraved items, as well as rings with custom sizes, cannot be canceled after 24 hours.

How to Return an Order

Get the Nearest Return Address

Contact us at service@msblue.com to obtain the nearest return address. Our Customer Service Representative will respond within 24 hours and provide the return address via email.

Please Note: After receiving the return address, you must return your items within seven (7) working days. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR RETURN TO THE ADDRESS ON YOUR PACKAGE. THAT IS NOT OUR RETURN ADDRESS AND WILL AFFECT THE PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN.

Prepare Your Return

  • Include all original packaging and accompanying materials, including any complimentary gifts, the packing slip, and certificates (otherwise, a 30% replacement fee per certificate will be charged).
  • Place your item(s) in the original jewelry box. For convenience, we recommend using the original packaging from your order.
  • Write your Order Number (starts with #MBxxxx) on the outside of the package.
  • For security, avoid writing jewelry, diamonds, or related terms on the package.
  • Ensure the Order Number is clearly visible on the label or outside of the box. We cannot process your return without this, and you must provide a tracking number via email to service@msblue.com.

Ship Your Return

Drop off your package at the local post office and obtain a receipt as proof of shipment. Send the tracking number or receipt to service@msblue.com.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. MSBLUE is not liable for items lost or damaged during shipping.

Refund Process

Receipt and Inspection

Once we receive your returned order, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item. This process may take up to three (3) business days. After inspection, we will either process an exchange or issue a refund according to our return conditions.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
