  • Thorough Inspections: Before any piece leaves our hands, it undergoes multiple inspections at our factory and distribution facility. We meticulously check each item to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Lifetime Coverage: Our Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty is automatically provided to all customers, covering all MSBLUE® jewelry purchased directly from our website, regardless of price or type. This warranty begins on the date of purchase and is non-transferable.

What Our Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing Defects: If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. Should we determine that the defect is covered under our warranty, we will repair the item or, if deemed necessary, replace it. If the item is no longer available, we may replace it with a similar item or offer a refund equal to the original purchase price.

What’s Not Covered

While we are committed to the longevity of your jewelry, certain conditions fall outside the scope of our warranty:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Jewelry naturally experiences wear over time. Issues such as excessive wear, accidental damage, loss (including stones), or improper care (e.g., exposure to harsh chemicals or extreme conditions) are not covered.
  • Fading or Discoloration: Metals can fade or discolor over time, particularly if not properly cared for. For example, exposure to chlorinated water, perfumes, or other chemicals can affect the appearance of your jewelry.
  • Prong Wear: Precious metals, especially prongs, can wear down over time. If prongs thin and open, the stone may become loose and fall out. This is a result of regular use, not a manufacturing defect.
  • Third-Party Repairs: Any repairs, ring sizing, or services performed by a third party will void the warranty.

IMPORTANT: This is NOT a Free Lifetime Guarantee

While our warranty covers manufacturing defects, please note that any issues not related to quality—such as normal wear and tear or user-inflicted damage—will incur an additional fee. We believe in transparency, so we want to ensure you are fully aware that our Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty is free only when a quality issue is involved. If the issue does not qualify under our warranty, a fee will be charged for the repair or replacement.

Our Warranty Process

To take advantage of our warranty, simply email us at service@msblue.com. We will provide you with the return address for inspection. If the damage is covered by our warranty, we will repair or replace the item and return it to you at no cost. If the damage is not covered, we will provide a repair quote for your approval before any work is performed.

Important Note: While our moissanite and gemstones are durable, they are not indestructible. We recommend insuring your jewelry against loss, theft, catastrophic damage, or significant wear to your center stone. Regular wear, especially for rings, can lead to damage over time.

Free Ring Resizing

A Perfect Fit, Guaranteed

We understand that sometimes getting the perfect ring size can be challenging. That’s why MSBLUE® offers a one-time complimentary resizing service within 30 days of purchase for most rings (with the exception of solid 10K/14K/18K gold, platinum, custom-sized items, and engraved items).

How It Works

  • Simple Process: If your ring doesn’t fit quite right, contact us at service@msblue.com. Ship the ring back to us, and we’ll resize it and return it to you at no extra cost.
  • Limitations: Our goal is to preserve the integrity of your ring. If we determine that resizing could compromise the ring’s structure, we will inform you of alternative options, such as a new setting or placing a special order.

Special Cases

In some cases, a resizing fee of 35% will apply, particularly for:

  1. Customized Pieces: Items crafted in 10K, 14K, or 18K gold, platinum, or featuring moissanite, lab-grown diamonds, or natural gemstones.
  2. Engraved or Personalized Items: Resizing engraved rings, necklaces, or bracelets may incur a fee due to the custom nature of these pieces.
  3. Final Sale Items: Please note that final sale items are not eligible for resizing.
