However, if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, or decide not to keep your jewelry, we are happy to exchange or return your item as our commitment to you, subject to the terms and conditions of this return policy.
Please note:
- All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation that was provided with the purchase.
- Returns without the Moissanite certificate (where applicable) are subject to 30% off the order amount for replacement fee for each missing card.
- Returns showing signs of wear or have been damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.
