We strive to provide each and every Guest with an experience that makes them feel confident in their purchase. However, if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, or decide not to keep your jewelry, we are happy to exchange or return your item for free as our commitment to you, subject to the terms and conditions of this return policy.
Returns are allowed within 30 days from the purchase (shipment) date and exchanges within 60 days of the purchase (shipment) date for jewelry.

Jewelry must be in good condition with all original certificates and accessories.
Returns or exchanges are not allowed on customized jewelry, engraved items.
Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card.
Please note that your original shipping and handling or other additional costs will not be refunded, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
No more than four returns within 12 months are permitted per household.
International orders, clearance, select services and other items are not covered under our normal returns and guarantees policy.
How do I return?
Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us Email at email@example.com. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
Drop off your package at the local post office.
Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.
