In special cases, based on order volume and the specifics of your jewelry, up to 1-2 weeks may be required, but it won't take more than 2 weeks. The estimated arrival date is calculated based on the production time of your item. We strive to provide each and every Customer with an experience that makes them feel confident in their purchase. However, if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, or decide not to keep your jewelry, we are happy to exchange or return your item for free as our commitment to you, subject to the terms and conditions of this return policy. We offer a complimentary 30-day return policy, so you can make sure your purchase is perfect. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, return it within 30 days from when it ships for a full refund back to your original payment method.

• All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation that was provided with the purchase.
• Returns without the Moissanite certificate (where applicable) are subject to 30% off the order amount for replacement fee for each missing card.
• Returns showing signs of wear or have been damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.

MOISSANITE CARE

We suggest you clean Moissanite the same way you clean your diamond or any other fine gemstone. You may use an ultrasonic cleaner with any fine jewelry items. However, be sure to be gentle with your valuable treasures. You may also clean your Moissanite jewelry using a commercial (non-acid based) jewelry cleaner or with mild soap and water using a soft toothbrush.

GENERAL GEMSTONE CARE

Keeping your gemstones sparkling is easy! Most gemstones may be cleaned with warm soapy water and a soft-bristled brush. Avoid harsh chemicals that can lurk in everyday products such as lotion, perfume, and hairspray as well as household cleaners like bleach. Store your jewelry in a safe, dry place when not being worn.
