I bought two rings. They are beautiful. I contacted customer service four times to return one ring and exchange the other for a smaller size. I have yet to receive directions on how to do that.

I was proposed to a little over two years ago with this ring, and I wear it daily. I photograph motocross so I’m constantly in the dirt.. the ring stays on. I clean it accordingly but it STAYS ON. It still looks just as new as it did two years ago. We’re now married and I’m just as in love with the ring as I was then. For $300? Yes, please sign me up for a ring that doesn’t break the bank and sparkles like new after several years exposed to dirt 😂

This ring is perfect! I have the 3 carat and it is beautiful and the moissanite glistens so beautifully! The Gem is amazingly clear and looks like a real diamond!

This ring is just spectacular and glowing. Beautifully crafted, great work, looks very high end. Everyone is always looking at my fiance's ring and asking about it or complementing on it. It is the perfect size.
They sent the an invoice that was $20 and the value is $485.
Customs will not release the ring without proper documentation. I can’t get a hold of anyone to correct their mistake . At this point looks it will be sent back and I will have to make a claim on my credit card .
As far as the ring is concerned, it's not bad; however, their customer service and communication are appalling.
It takes over 24 hours for a response, and over a month to receive the order, while they lie about the estimated delivery time of 10 days on the website.
In short, they don't inspire much confidence when communicating with you, basically repeating the same thing and ignoring any request for solutions to the situation
Pretty but super small stones and band is really thin. Not sure I will keep it. I ordered a Pear Shaped Ring several months ago and was very pleased so I placed an order for the band and what I paid verses what it is just isn’t a good value for me.
I ordered the band on Oct. 4th and received it on Oct. 26th. Long wait! Had the ring for 3 weeks and one of the sapphires fell out of the ring. Now I can not wear it. I sent an email to customer service and you asked for pictures which I have sent twice. I contacted you again about the matter and I have had no response in 3 days. I am now going to dispute this transaction with my credit card company.
I have had my ring for almost 2 years now and it’s held up amazingly. It still looks like the day I got it! I absolutely love my ring and I get so many compliments. It is so sparkly!! I wanted a more traditional ring, but I would never allow or feel comfortable spending the money for a diamond. I also love the story behind moissanite. We were very cautious and skeptical at first due to pricing, but I’m blown away at the quality.
the ring looks really pretty when you see it from the top, but from the side it looks a bit big. However, it’s still very nice.

Beautiful ring but the gold is already coming off after only a week.
Bought this thing in June and by August it was warped and missing 2 stones on the side. The lifetime warranty they offer, of course, covers nothing.
They won’t repair for free and cannot offer a timeframe for the repaired ring once you send it back. Shop somewhere else and save yourself the trouble!
The ring is very nice. I am happy with this purchase.
