Each item is either In-Stock or Made-to-Order. Once your order is completed and ready for shipment, your jewelry will ship via fast standard shipping for FREE. In-Stock Items:

Some of our most popular items are In-Stock and will ship within 48 hours.

Once shipped, we will ship the order via standard shipping at no cost to you.

You will receive an email confirmation once your item ships.

Made-to-Order Items:

Most of our items are Made-to-Order and will ship after we make your jewelry.

As the item is made to order after your order is placed (unless specified otherwise in the item description), please allow 7 BUSINESS DAYS for production time. The estimated arrival date is calculated based on the production time of your item.

***SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT EXPEDITED DELIVERY: For Made-to-Order items, choosing expedited shipping will not affect the time that it takes to create your jewelry. It will still take up to 7 BUSINESS DAYS to make and ship your jewelry. Then it will ship via expedited shipping.

What shipping carriers do you use?
- For free/standard shipping, we use your local postal service such as USPS or Royal Mail.

- For express shipping, we use parcel shippers like UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on your location.

Shipping Policies:

We require a signature for delivery of all orders.

We will ship only to a physical business or home address. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

Risk of loss and title of the item passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier.

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays, or incorrect address information.

Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to change your shipping address, please contact us at service@msblue.com as soon as you place your order.

 What about duty and taxes?

- United States: Duty and taxes would be charged regarding on your regions.

- Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and Europe: We will try out best but orders may be subject to duties and taxes, and customers are responsible for these fees.

- International: Orders may be subject to duties and taxes, and customers are responsible for these fees. Please note that MSBLUE does not have any control over duties and taxes. We cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information on these fees, please contact your local customs office.
