in pictures, the real sapphire ring is not a bright blue and actually is deeper and darker. So I think it looks just like the real ring, and I'm glad I made the purchase. The stones have a gorgeous sparkle, so it's even more beautiful in person. It's also smooth and very comfortable to wear.

OMG! This is a gorgeous ring! The sapphire does appear black but all real sapphires are dark. You can actually see the blueness when you look at it at an angle. I absolutely love this and would buy again if i had to!
