Expedited shipping options are available for all items at checkout for an additional fee.

However, if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, or decide not to keep your jewelry, we are happy to exchange or return your item for free as our commitment to you, subject to the terms and conditions of this return policy. PLEASE NOTE: 10K, 14K, 18K AND PLATINUM items based on your personal preference are 100% handcrafted, and the workforce fee (30% of the order price) will be deducted from the refund if returned.
